I had the pleasure of shooting a wedding with my friend Alene this weekend and caught this cool shot. Look into the gold ball and you will see me w/camera, and the bride and groom in the background.

A few months ago I had the opportunity to 2nd shoot a wedding for a fellow photographer. I was so excited to get to spend the day capturing these precious moments for the bride. Imagine my surprise when she and I were chatting while she was getting ready and we found out our husbands and her new father-in-law were friends!! What a small world! We had a great day…she made a beautiful bride. Even the torrential rains that set in moments prior to arriving at the reception didn’t put a damper on the celebration!

What a perfect day for a wedding! These two lovebirds chose to tie the knot Texas tropical style!
