October 20, 2009I’m a sucker for cute kids! { Get it, sucker, as in lollipop?? I’m hilarious! } Miss C and I became fast friends once she saw that my camera bag doubles as a candy shop!
Miss C also brought her mom, dad, and sister along. If baby sis looks familiar, you might recognize her from her newborn photos a few posts down.

September 5, 2009I have been after this family for months to schedule a photo session. We finally settled on a date which happened to coincide with one of the first rainstorms South Texas has had in almost a year!! {boo for the cancellation, but yay for the rain!!} We were able to reschedule for this weekend and despite the threatening skies, we pulled it off! I am soo pleased with the results and I hope they are too!!

August 24, 2009I had the opportunity this weekend to do an extended family session for some great friends of our family. I was able to get these silly tweens to settle down long enough to get a couple of quick head shots in addition to the family pics. (There was a bribe involved.) What a great looking bunch of kids!

A few months ago I had the opportunity to 2nd shoot a wedding for a fellow photographer. I was so excited to get to spend the day capturing these precious moments for the bride. Imagine my surprise when she and I were chatting while she was getting ready and we found out our husbands and her new father-in-law were friends!! What a small world! We had a great day…she made a beautiful bride. Even the torrential rains that set in moments prior to arriving at the reception didn’t put a damper on the celebration!

June 18, 2009One of my photog friends had her family portraits taken at this really cool frozen yogurt shop in San Antonio recently, so when we were ther last week, I knew I wanted to take my girls out for a little photo safari. We weren’t disappointed! Here are a few of my favorites.

May 28, 2009I love when photo sessions turn into playdates!! I had so much fun with this family! The kids were so sweet and I love all their facial expressions. If you noticed that they look alot alike, you’re right! Three of the kids are triplets. They each have their own personalities though! Of course, no one can top the personality of their older sister!! What a cutie!! It was really hard to narrow down the photos for their sneak peek! Hope you enjoy them!
