Ladies and gentlemen, I believe I have met my match. My child relation skills are no match for the captivating Noddy. Mr. J and Noddy gave me a run for my money at first, but I think I finally (with lots of help from Mom & Dad) prevailed. Once Mr. J warmed up, we were on a roll and I think we captured some really cute images. Of course, gorgeous models and a beautiful home don’t hurt either. It’s like mom was a professional or something.

I’ve still got that crazy theme song in my head, though!!

I love having an assistant to work with on photo shoots. It’s even better when they work for candy. This little man was such a big help…he had no problem telling mom and dad what to do and how to make the perfect cheesy smile! Such a cutie!! Can you tell what a big personality he has?

You can totally tell where he gets his good looks!

I love seeing the reaction from my clients when the receive their Red Berry packages. They joy and sometimes even tears on their faces is so rewarding. It isn’t very often that I feel that, simply because I spent countless hours proofing, editing, and making each image a perfect piece of art for them. So I come to know each photo pretty well.

So, imagine my surprise and overwhelming reaction when I was driving by Walgreens a few months ago and looked up and saw this:

I’ve worked with the Lozano family on several shoots and was extremely flattered when they asked permission to use some of their images in J.M.’s campaign material. How many photographers get the chance to see their work bigger than life??

I had the great pleasure of working with this sweet family while they vacationed in Port A recently. I was so excited when I got home and started downloading the images! Mom and I went back and forth for days trying to decide whether to go ahead with the session. Rain, clouds, very chilly temps and gusting wind were predicted and we weren’t sure if those conditions and 4 kids would mix. However, we were all so glad we persevered! These are definitely some bright and cheery winter photos!

Mr. J will surely break some hearts some day:

And who could forget Miss H in “the hat”. I have never seen such a smiley happy baby in such cold weather. She was just a doll!

This is the 4th time I’ve had the pleasure to work with this family, and this time we decided to try something a little different. We met up downtown and went for an urban/vintage look instead of my typical bright color pop. I love the way these photos turned out and I hope they do too!

How cool is this? Mom harvested this great zebra in Africa.
